RICS HOME SURVEY LEVEL 3
(previously known as a RICS Building Survey)
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a premium product giving our client's a detailed report of a properties structure and condition, listing defects, issuing advice with recommendations and using a traffic light system for highlighting defects. Additional services can be added to this service starting from £575.00.
RICS HOME SURVEY LEVEL 2
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS A RICS HOMEBUYERS REPORT)
The RICS Home Survey Level 2 provides a cost effective report, not as detailed as the Home Survey Level 3, this report focuses on the condition of the property and any significant defects, providing recommendations for repairs. Starting from £365.00 for a typical none altered semi-detached house.
RICS HOME SURVEY LEVEL 1
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS A RICS HOME cONDITION REPORT)
The RICS Home Survey Level 1 focuses on the construction and condition of the property at the time of the inspection without providing any recommendations. It is only suitable for modern properties, some flats and properties that are in satisfactory condition. Home Survey Level 1 reports start at £275.00.
