JUSTSURVEYING LIMITED is a newly formed, innovative, fully online Chartered Surveying Practice providing professional residential surveying services. All of our surveyors are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are experienced in carrying out RICS regulated Home Surveys to the residential property market.
Although we are a new business in name and history, we pride ourselves on having wide-ranging experience in undertaking RICS Home Surveys and inspections of residential properties and providing detailed reports.
All our communication is via Telephone, Email or SMS Text for short messages. Our reports are delivered electronically in PDF format as standard to keep those "all important costs" to a minimum.

Our Services
We offer the RICS Home Survey Level 3, which is a premium product providing a detailed report of a properties structure and condition, listing and photographing defects, issuing advice and providing recommendations on any defects found together with a time frame for undertake the repairs. Additional services can be added to this report fully tailoring it to the clients needs.
The RICS Home Survey Level 2, provides a cost effective report, whilst not as detailed as the Home Survey Level 3, the report focuses on the condition of the property and any significant defects and recommendation.
The RICS Home Survey Level 1 report details the condition of the property at the time of the inspection without providing recommendations. It is only suitable for modern properties, some flats and properties that are in satisfactory condition.
All our reports will be issued within five days of the Survey taking place. We contact our clients by telephone on the day of the survey to summarise our findings and highlight any significant issues, which we feel may have an impact on the purchase of the property.

We are aware that some clients will require a paper copy of the report. A hardcopy can be issued via the post but this service will be at an additional charge of £55.00.
Reports issued in PDF format via email will not incur this additional charge.

All payments for our services will be made online and full details will be issued on confirmation to proceed. Client payments are required to be made in advance of the surveyor attending the property.
