A RICS Home Survey Level 2 is not as detailed as a Home Survey Level 3. It is still set out in a practical way utilising the RICS reporting format with a clear red, amber, green, traffic light system identifying any remedial action required and the urgency of that repair. Photographs with this report are limited to the street scene, front, rear of the property and built in internal fittings. We will also report on the clients specific concerns or requests and these will be reflected in their report but are not as detailed as the Level 3 Report.

As with the Level 3 Home Survey, the cost of a Level 2 Home Survey will depend on the age, size, complexity, location and value of the proposed property. However, we guarantee to beat any like for like none discounted quote.
